A Belmont County man is dead after investigators say his tractor rolled on top of him. According to WTOV9.COM the accident happened Thursday just after 4 p.m. at a home on Graham Road in St. Clairsville. Cumberland trail volunteer firefighters and Richland police were called to the scene when neighbors discovered the man's body. His identity is not being released. Investigators believe it was accidental.
